  • Absolutely. We encourage you to come and see our event hire items for advice and inspiration. Visits are strictly by appointment only to ensure we provide one on one service and that we have the right people available to assist you. Bookings are essential. Please call Bay Events to make a time on 03 5932 4141.

  • Once you have looked at our online hire store and created a wish list, please follow the prompts to send us your list and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call if you have any questions to get the party started!

  • We recommend booking as far out as possible to ensure you don't miss out, but we will always do our best to accommodate last minute needs. Please keep in mind peak season is October - April.
